FIRST DAY : In a private bus, we’ll go through amazing valleys, before getting to the colonial and colourful town of PAUCARTAMBO. After a short visit, we’ll continue our journey going up to the highest town of the road, TRES CRUCES DE ORO (3,850 MASL.). At this altitude starts THE MANU NATIONAL PARK. After crossing this point, we’ll go down into the cloud forest, and with a little bit of luck, we’ll be able to watch the COCK OF THE ROCK (Rupicola Peruviana), Peru’s National Bird, as well as quetzals, toucans and hummingbirds, then we’ll continue to the KOSÑIPATA valley. SECOND DAY : After breakfast, we’ll admire the wild beauty of the vegetation, going to the port and taking a boat to navigate downstream. We’ll enjoy a Tropical lunch on board. After we’ll continue to a place called Aguas Calientes to get a relaxing hot spring bath. After we’ll continue to CRUZ DE MAYO, place where we’ll install our base camp. Dinner and overnight. THIRD DAY : After breakfast we’ll continue to go downstream in order to see animals like monkeys, turtles, caimans, herons and cormorants. After lunch we’ll arrive to BOCA MANU, after installing a base camp in the area and right after we’ll visit an ox bowl lake, to see monkeys, macaws and the famous giant otter. In the evening we’ll explore the lake seeking for the majestic black caiman. Return to the base camp. Dinner and overnight. Jungle Peru, Tours Cusco

FOURTH DAY : After breakfast, we’ll start a walk to a mystical tree called RENACO of a thousand roots; we’ll see monkeys and a great variety of medicinal plants. During the walk we’ll hear the HOATZIN call. We’ll take a row in an ox bowl to see the giant otter. Return to the base camp. Lunch and the rest of the afternoon it’s free for your enjoyment. FIFTH DAY : After breakfast, we’ll cross the river passing near a local native community, to know their costumes and to get in touch with them. During the walk, we’ll be able to se the tapir, in the mammal’s clay lick. Walk to the village of YANAYACO, to set up the base camp. Dinner and overnight. Jungle Peru, Tours Cusco

SIXTH DAY : After breakfast, we’ll navigate the river upstream, enjoying the wild beauty of the jungle. We’ll have lunch in the afternoon and return to base camp. Dinner and overnight. Jungle Peru, Tours Cusco

SEVENTH DAY : After breakfast, we’ll begin our return to the CRUZ DE MAYO base camp. On the route, we’ll have the possibility to have lunch on a river’s shore. Arrive to KOSÑIPATA VALLEY. Dinner and overnight. Jungle Peru, Tours Cusco

EIGHTH DAY : After our last exotic breakfast, we’ll return to Cusco.
